This event is oriented towards people, who want to try TSD out, or haven't done it in a while. 

​

We are still working out the details, but here is whats in the cards so far:

• The event will run in and around Lake Country, on paved roads within cell reception.  This will allow for a simpler safety procedures. 

• Event will start with a 45-60m in person "classroom" for anyone who wants to learn or refresh how to read/calculate route book

• Event will consist of two about an hour long regulatory legs 

• Between the two legs, we will meat up at an indoor location (here) to discuss any questions from leg one

• We will be using Richta TDS tracking up.  It is free to download and use, and allows to minimize volunteers needed to run an event. You do not need to have mobile internet on your phone as long as there is GPS signal.  How ever it is nice to have, and we will make sure to have hot spot available for anyone who needs it for data syncing.
